.:Personality:. Roy believes that criminals are made not born. He doesn't want to be a criminal or a thief he does so to survive and to help his family survive. Roy knows the differences between good and bad and has demonstrated that on many occasions. He resents rich people because he believes them to be uptight, snotty and arrogant.

He has a Fear of needles and he doesn't believe in giving criminals the satisfaction of seeing him beg for his life therefore he refuses to beg. He is extremely grateful to the Hood for saving him so much so that he vows to find him and get him to train him to fulfill a purpose in Roy's life. Roy is Impulsive as he has demonstrated when he stole a police officers radio in a attempt to track down the hood.

.:Strengths:. I guess the biggest strength that Roy has going for him right now is his relationship with Thea. They are dating and that provides a certain amount of trust for them though Roy is unwilling to tell her about the miracle drug that he was dosed with he is in love with Thea. Another one of Roy's strengths is the miracle drug he was injected with it heightened his abilities and made him more of a hero if he were to learn to be able to control it.

Roy is Acrobatic and he is smart and able to think one his feet which helps with the criminals that he encounters. Roy is a Skilled marksman and a skilled street fighter. The one strength that is Roy's greatest strength is his heart. He is willing to go out of his way to help someone in need so much in fact that it gets him in trouble with Thea a lot of the time.

He is flexible given his ability in acrobatics and he is quick which is a strength considering his fighting abilities. Roy is physically stronger and is getting there emotionally but is still a little damaged.

.:Weaknesses:. Roy had a weakness to the basic of things before the miracle drug was applied to him including a weakness to Guns, Knives, Arrows, punches ect. After the Miracle Drug was injected he is although still weak to those things is isn't as much now due to the increased abilities that he now possesses

The one thing right now that Roy is very weak over is his love for Thea although he is unwilling to admit it he cares deeply for her and would hate to see her in harm or hurt as demonstrated when he tried to get her to go and visit Moira in Prison. Roy is in a Fragile state right now due to the Miracle Drugs affect on him, and his ability to not be able to control it.
Roy is impulsive which creates a lot of problems and gets Roy into a lot of trouble with both criminals and the local police. So much in fact that he has been arrested numerous times including by Quientin Lance after he stole a Radio from the Police Station.

.:History:. Roy Harper was born in 1991 To Roy Harper Sr and an Unnamed Mother. He grew up in Starling City and lived in the Glades his Whole Life. After his Father passed away times got hard for Roy and his Mother and Roy resorted to Stealing what he needed to Survive. This Landed him in jail many times. One Day he stole a Purse from Thea Queen and Thea was able to track him down and retrieve it. After that Roy and Thea met again outside of a Coffee shop where Thea got Roy a Job interview at Oliver Club Verdant. And after thinking about it Roy decided not to Attend the Interview.

When Thea confronted him he told her he didn't want her charity. After that he saved Thea from a group of attackers but suffered a Knife wound in the process. Thea spent time with he at the hospital and it was revealed that Roy had a fear of needles. After this Thea and Roy started a Intimate Relationship. Roy was Later Kidnapped by the criminal Joseph Falk. Oliver Saved him as the Hood and since that Point Roy made it a Mission to Find the Hood and Train with him.

After the Undertaking took Effect Roy Started Working at the Nightclub with Thea as his boss. They continued to have intimate relationship. Roy continued to look for the Hood. As it threatened his and Thea's Relationship to the point where she threatened to break up with him if he didn't stop. By that point the hood got Roy to be his informant until it got too dangerous and He put a Arrow through Roy's leg so he couldn't help anymore. After that Roy was injected with the miracle cure.and has begin to train with the Hood in order to learn to control his new found powers.

As Roy Continued to Splash this water what seemed like forever. Oliver was out chasing down some criminal and Roy kept his eye on the door thinking about this. Roy quickly dried off his hands and walked outside he needed the air. Roy turned his head when he heard a scream and looked in the direction taking off down the road as he ran towards the scream. He jumped over a fence with ease as he approached he saw two men trying to rob a young woman.

"Hey" He yelled at them running up they pulled out knives he smirked. They came towards him and started swinging the knives in their hands Roy dodged several attacks from them and then it was his turn. He took the first guy out easily flipping him out from under his feet and delivering a finishing blow to his chest then he turned his site on the other one. Delivering several punches to the mans chest and face. AS he finished he stood over he looked at his hands and saw the blood. As he looked at the women he could see the fear in her eyes and he knew Oliver was right he had to control this
