It was extremely late at the office but that was how Oliver had planned it. Why? Because he had a meeting tonight. Not CEO kind, not the Hood kind, but rather . . . the big brother kind. Thea had been dating Roy for quite some time, and he had hardly met him. With the Undertaking, Tommy's death, and the Hoods crimes . . . it had not been easy for him to act the part of big brother. Thea was spending several nights at Roy's place -- which Oliver wasn't a fan of -- but at the same time, he could see the Roy made her happy. This wasn't her typical hook up with a guy to be rebellious. This was a legitimate relationship for her.
All he ever wanted for his baby sister was for her to find someone who she could be happy with and if Roy was that guy, then he would have to accept that. But not before he had a chat with Roy. About, well everything. He knew how guys thought, being one who had used women and hurt many by having bad intentions. Some men only had one thing on their mind and that didn't involve a deep, emotional connection with a woman. It wasn't that Oliver didn't trust Thea's judgment . . . he just didn't want to see her get hurt. And didn't want Roy to think that he wasn't on Oliver's radar. So right now, he was waiting for Roy to show up, working on some files in the meantime. He wanted to make things very clear and wanted Roy to be very aware of what would happen if he ever hurt Thea.

Roy showed up at the office like Oliver had asked him to. It was weird Oliver hadn't talked much to Roy but he wasn't that surprised by this Roy had been with a few girls and had an idea what this was. The big chat that all the other girls brothers had had with Roy so he was prepared for it. As he walked into the office he looked around for Oliver and saw he in the office walking over he knocked on the door. Part of him wanted to run, But he knew this would be important to him but more importantly it would be important to Thea.
He looked up and spoke up some " You called for me?" Roy felt a little silly saying that Roy had never been the type to come when demanded. He looked and waited for Oliver to Say what he needed to.

Oliver could see and hear Roy as he entered the building level, and then came into his office. When he did, Oliver rose to his feet, out of being polite of course. Because despite the fact that he was big brother Oliver tonight, he knew that this was going to be a civil conversation; not one filled with threats . . . although Oliver would be lying if he was to say he wasn't going to instlll at least some fear into the boy. "Yes," he confirmed. "Have a seat," he said, motioning to the chair across from him, on the other side of the table. And indication that this was not going to be a quick two word conversation. Oh no. Oliver planned to thoroughly question and talk to the boy.
Oliver resumed his previous position, sitting down in his chair as he waited for Roy to do the same. This was the man that his sister had chosen. Roy Harper. While Oliver had done his homework on him, and had even encountered him as The Hood . . . he had never really spoken to him at length. Until now. "I assume by now you know why I asked you to meet with me," he began to say, wnating to see if Roy understood the purpose of this meeting and if not . . . then Oliver would gladly elaborate, which he was planning on doing anyway.
