Sebastian approached the Queen Consolidated building, hands in his pockets and a cordial smile on his face. He had been asked to meet with Oliver Queen, but for what reason Sebastian didn't know. Their previous meetings and Mr. Queen's previous attempts at buying Sebastian as a friend hadn't gone so well. At least not for Mr. Queen. Sebastian walked in and was instantly recognized by the receptionist and sent off to the top floor, where Mr. Queen's office was.
Making his way into an elevator, he rode it to the top where he exited and looked around. Mr. Queen wasn't here. Of course, the man was too busy doing who knows what. Likely one of his secretaries or some braindead model. But Queen's hobbies were none of his concern. He obviously wasn't here for the meeting they had arranged, leaving Sebastian Blood in an odd situation. Stand around and wait, or go back out and find some way to twist this in his favor.
The only person who was around, though Sebastian wasn't entirely aware of it, seemed to be Oliver Queen's 'girl Friday' and secretary. Sebastian supposed a conversation with her would have to do in lieu of a conversation with Queen himself. Besides, he might be able to get some pertinent information out of this girl. Something to use against Oliver Queen at a later date. "It would seem your boss has found a new way of avoiding our meetings. Would you happen to know when Mr. Queen will be back, Miss?"

Felicity looked up and--CRAP! What time was it? CRAP AGAIN! Oliver was late! She looked from her computer and smiled, before standing up. She HATED this part of the job, because it meant she was to play hostess and be reduced to getting the guest a drink or something equally sexist and annoying. "Mr. Blood! Sorry! Oliver is run--MR. QUEEN! Is running late right now!" She didn't even know if he would show up!
Oliver had more important things on his mind. Not that Blood wasn't important, but when you were trying to save the city as a hooded man, some things in your personal like got over looked--IE business meetings. "I'm not completely sure when Mr Queen will return. Do you want to wait a few minutes while I find out for you?" Or stall him long enough to just make a good impression--HOW did one even make a good impression on a man who hated her boss?

Of course. Of course Oliver Queen was running late. Again. The man was going to be late for his own funeral. Which, knowing some of Sebastian's more overzealous followers, could be any day now. Sebastian ignored entirely the secretary's over-familiarity with her boss. He cared little for people like her that so easily seemed to buy into the lies and mystery of the rich and elite.
She then tried to talk her way around the awkwardness, offering to let him wait. But this was preceded by an admittance that she had no clue when he would show up. Blood suspected that he wouldn't show up at all. But he would wait. Honestly, he hadn't planned anything else for the day. "No harm in waiting for a little while, I suppose."
