She has a birthmark on her upper lip, which she shares with her daughter, Thea Queen. She shows signs of aging, such as wrinkles and dark spots but does her best to conceal them when possible. Her hair is mid-length, which rests atop her shoulders. Moira is always seen wearing classic business attire, and classic makeup. Moira always wears expensive jewelry, most often pearls and diamonds.

.:Personality:. Moira Queen is easy to get along with to a certain extent. She is fairly agreeable, but has many opinions; those in which she's not shy about sharing. She loves both of her children dearly, and would do anything to protect her family. She justifies most, if not all of her questionable actions on her family's well being. As long as you don't threaten her family, or herself you're in her 'good book'. If you cross Moira who knows what could happen. It could very well lead to your death.

.:Strengths:. Moira is very convincing, and has a talent for stating a very promising claim. She has a way of making even the most disastrous situations, promising for the future.

.:Weaknesses:. Moira's weaknesses are mostly people orientated. Malcolm Merlin, Oliver Queen, Thea Queen, and Felicity Smoak, are just some of her weaknesses. This being said, her family is her greatest weakness. She often makes rash decisions in the efforts of protecting her family.

.:History:. Moira Queen was born in 1964 to two loving parents (unnamed). Moira Queen is the former wife of her now-deceased husband Robert Queen. For years, Moira claimed to have no involvement in the disappearing of the 'Queen's Gambit'; the boat that her Son and Husband had died on, in a recent expedition. Five years had passed before her son; Oliver Queen was rescued from the island, and returned home. Despite her efforts, Moira could never get Oliver to open up about his time spent on the island. Soon after her son had returned home, it was exposed to him that Moira did in fact have a part in the disappearing of the 'Queen's Gambit'.

Moira has come face to face with her poor decisions, and controversies, but always seems to escape them with minimal consequences. After 'The Undertaking' and the collapse of the Glades Moira was admitted to County Jail because of the disaster she had caused the city. During her trial Moira had to come to terms with all of her mistakes. Including admitting that a year before Thea was born, Moira had an affair with Malcolm Merlin, causing the shocking reveal of Thea's true bloodline, and that Thea wasn't actually fully related to Oliver Quen, or Robert Queen her suspected father. Thea Queen, Moira's daughter had a hard time believing Moira's claims that she didn't have anything to do with the undertaking and that It was in fact all Malcolm Merlin's Actions. Thea eventually came around and has been on her mother's side ever since. Oliver however has his supicions, and tries to support his mother as much as he can. Although learning more and more about Moira's past has caused him to be wary of his mother.

Looking around the room, Moira couldn't believe that she actually decided to run for Mayor. It wasn't a big surprise that Moira didn't expect very many supporters of her campaign, but was pleasantly surprised when she arrived to her announcement party. As Moira made her way to the podium, where she was to make an official speech about her decision to run for Mayor, she shook hands with many smiling voters. "Thanks for coming, Thank you, Thank you." Moira repeated to many citizens as she made her way towards the stage. Out of the corner of her eye she couldn't help but notice the blonde whom was hovering around Oliver. The same blonde who appeared at her house not 48 hours before, willing to tell Oliver about her new discovery about whom Thea's father really was.

Moira thought she had made herself very clear to Felicity, that if she did so much as to make a peep about this, she'd have Miss Felicity removed from her position at Queen Consolidated; not to mention the added bonus of a putrid hate Oliver would have towards her. Moira had reached the podium, and stood off to the side, holding her daughter's hand, and accepting her moral support. Moira's eyes focused on Oliver and Felicity, hoping that Felicity would have some sense in her and not let the cat out of the bag. Moira watched as Oliver's facial expression changed from a light smile, to a hard frown. She watched as Oliver scanned the crowd, then made eye contact with her. Moira knew it. She knew that she couldn't trust Felicity, but she never thought Felicity would be stupid enough to actually go through with her decision to tell Oliver about Moira's infidelity.
