Today was most definitely not a good day. For one thing, she'd woken up to remember that today was the day of her mother's trail and, on top of that, she'd woken up late - again. For whatever reasons Thea had begun to have a rather terrible habit of waking up much later than she should have, but given the fact that most of the blame was to be placed on a faulty alarm clock there wasn't much she could do. That being said, she'd still managed to get up and head out to get ready for the trial today as it was.
She knew she'd have to get to the courthouse on time for her mother's trial, but with a bit of free time to kill she decided she was going to do the one thing that could keep her mind of the trial: check up on things at the club. Sending at text to Oliver to tell him to meet him at Verdant, she'd gotten a quick response saying he'd be there, but knowing him it wouldn't be till much, much later. Regardless of that fact she still decided to head over to the club in order to double check stock and the like. Ten minutes later she found herself walking across the main floor of the Verdant, eyes darting about to find the place virtually empty except for a few other employees and a certain young woman that she had seen around on more than one occasion when it came to her brother.
"Felicity, isn't it?" Thea said as she approached the woman, a smile tugging at the edges of her lips. Who knew how long it would be till Oliver showed up? At least making a little bit of conversation could help pass the time. "You're the one I always see hanging around with Ollie."

The Count was an evil man, and Felicity wanted to put him away. Though not as much as Oliver, who took everything with The Count personal. Everything. Not that Felicity blamed him, but she was worried he would get blindsided again. If Diggle had not helped him then Oliver would have died! Now that he was back, Oliver was in mission mode......which meant some personal things got either forgotten or put on hold.
"He's going to be late." She replied to Thea, the youngest Queen who had just approached her while looking for Oliver. But that wasn't what she'd asked. Focus Felicity! "And yes, I'm Felicity Smoak. I'm his assistant." That hurt to say. "I assist with things.....like delivering messages." Getting worse! "Oliv--Mr. Queen got held up at the office and will met you here as soon as he can."
She paused for a moment looking at Thea. It was almost easy to forget she was still a kid in many ways, because of all she had been through and done. "Are you nervous?" Rude! "Not that you have anything to be nervous about!" Only her mother on trial for murder. "I'm sure it will be fine." Stop! "I....would be nervous." As evident by her babbling. 3....2.....1....regroup. "Oliver will be here soon." She hoped. OH! Damn it! Mr. Queen!
